Deposit
First nights deposit (plus taxes) is required at time of booking and
full payment is required 14 days prior to your arrival date.
*There is a 7 night minimum stay during Christmas and New Years. (12/18 through 1/3)*
Additional Charges
Taxes are in addition to all prices at a rate of 15.5%. There is a
cleaning fee of $75 for 2 bedroom condos and $85 for 3 bedroom condos
for stays less than 5 nights (7 nights during Christmas).
*Heating for townhouse pool is an extra $20 per night and must be
requested at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are required in writing. A refund of deposit previously paid is reduced by
the following charges:
- Cancel up to 30 days prior to arrival--a $50 administrative fee
- Cancel 29 to 14 days--25% of the total rental
- Cancel 13 to 7 days--50% of the total rental
- Cancel 6 to 3 days--75% of the total rental
- Cancel 2 days to arrival date--No Refund
