An apartment rental is a private not shared or hosted rental of an apartment unit,
for a specified amount of time.
HOW DO I GET MY KEYS?
An email will be sent to the guest explaining the check in procedures.
CAN I BRING MY PET?
In some units pets are allowed, but generally, NO.
WHAT IS THE CHECK IN/CHECK OUT TIME?
Check in times are typically 4pm, but vary by property. Check out time is generally
11am unless otherwise noted.
DOES SOMEONE CHANGE THE SHEETS AND CLEAN THE ROOMS DAILY?
Most units are cleaned daily, You will be informed as to which units have this feature.
HOW FAR SHOULD I BOOK IN ADVANCE?
All units are on a first come, first serve basis. The sooner, the better.
HOW DO I SECURE A RESERVATION?
A one night deposit or 10% of the total is taken at the time of booking (whichever
is greater). Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
IS MY DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?
Yes, Fully refundable if cancelled within 3 days of original booking.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ROOM?
All major credit cards, check, and travelers checks are accepted.
ARE TAXES INCLUDED?
We are required by law to collect all New York State Local & Federal Taxes in
addition to our published rates.
CAN I USE EVERYTHING IN THE APARTMENT?
Sure, you can even fill the fridge.
CAN I VIEW THE APARTMENT BEFORE I BOOK IT?
Sure, anyone can see the apartments before reserving them.
HOW DO I PAY?
A link to Paypal is sent to you if your are paying by credit card. You do not need a paypal account to pay by credit card.
